The HR Business Partner will support one or more functional teams playing a vital role in ensuring the functions they partner with are thriving and executing people programs at scale - and, most importantly, translating business strategy into people & org strategy over time. As a key member of our HR team, you will work closely with functional leaders on engagement, recruitment, performance management, employee development, compensation/payroll, policy, etc. You’ll provide proactive guidance and counsel and will have the opportunity to improve and impact every employee's experience.
Business Partnering:
1. Approach people matters with an eye toward compliance and reducing risks; help build and apply HR policies and manage global employee relations issues.
2. Regularly provide coaching/guidance on skill & professional development, career pathing and leveling, change management, and sensitive people situations.
HR Generalist Admin:
1. Responsible for payroll calculation related worksheets and process, including leave calculation, maintenance and notice.
2. Maintain HRIS, prepare appropriate documentations, and process necessary confidential information.
Recruitment, Onboarding and Integration:
1. Support full cycle recruitment including recruitment-related events.
2. Be the company ambassador for potential job seekers and new hires. Support Onboarding and provide a positive new hire experience.
