The candidate must have experience in customer-facing roles and success in leading in-depth technical architecture discussions with senior customer executives, Architects, IT Management, and Developers to drive value to customers Role Description: ------------------- • Managing and supporting the organization's hybrid cloud infrastructure based on Microsoft Azure Stack HCI. • Deeper technical knowledge of Azure Stack HCI, hyper-converged infrastructure, and related Microsoft technologies. • Planing and designing the hybrid infrastructure and leading on-prem migration. • Understanding the Microsoft Azure services support model and co-working with backend engineer team. Key Responsibilities: ----------------------- Giving the enterprise clients Azure Stack HCI solution and consulting as below • Infrastructure Management : Support the Azure Stack HCI infrastructure, including the creation, deployment, and administration of virtual machines, storage, and networking components. Assist clients to manage backup and disaster recovery processes and instruct high availbility strategy in mutli-location. • System Performance Troubleshooting: Support and resolve the performance issue of the Azure Stack HCI infrastructure • Security and Compliance: Provide and lead Azure Stack HCI deployments comply with the clients' security standards and requirements. Advice to implement and manage security measures like access controls, firewalls, and encryption. • Consultation & Collaboration: Provide technical consultation to other IT teams, business units, and management. Collaborate on infrastructure projects and initiatives. Qualifications: ----------------- • Medium English skills, able to view English documents, send and receive e-mails. Ability to explain complex topics in ways that can be understood by technical and business decision makers • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required at least 5 years. • Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Stack HCI are highly desirable. • 3-5 years' technical experience with hybrid infrastructures, architecture designs, and technology management. Experience in cloud or infrastructure engineering, focusing on Azure Stack HCI or similar technologies is often expected Technical Skills: ----------------- In-depth understanding of Azure Stack HCI, virtualization, storage, and networking. Familiarity with Windows Server, Azure services, and related Microsoft technologies. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and security of your hybrid cloud infrastructure, and it requires a candidate with both technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively within an IT team.

Responsibilities • Architects and designs highly complex RF circuit and system design projects. Finishes the phases of the projects on-schedule and in budget. Follows through on all aspects of product development through release, certification and mass production. • Input RF design and functional knowledge across multiple engineering disciplines and program management to provide technical leadership to a given program. • Defines and verifies RF requirements using RF design tools to aid in the analysis and solving of complex problems. • Exercises judgment (within broadly defined policies and practices) in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining the most accurate and repeatable results Preferred Qualification: • Bilingual in English and Mandarin • 4-5 years work experience (min) • Hands on mobile phone design experience, with deep understanding of cellular, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and NFC technologies. • Familiar with commercial RF-related simulation tools. • Familiar with regulatory, compliance, network certification process and requirement. • Familiar and experience with production process and related technical support. Preference given to the individual with practical experience in: • 4-5 years of practical industry experience in designing with RF circuits using the latest Smartphone chipsets (i.e., Qualcomm, Intel, MediaTek, etc.) • Detailed understanding of all aspects of a complete mobile wirelessly-enabled product development lifecycle; concept through mass production • RF/EM CAD simulation (i.e., ADS, CST, etc.) including RF simulation of circuits, PCBs, cascaded RF link analysis, etc. • Noise / RF interference mitigation and troubleshooting methods • RF system integration (radio/antenna) design, debugging and optimization • Proven RF design proficiency to achieve FCC/ETSI/3GPP compliance with recent success cases
