Responsibilities:
1. Supplier management: ability to evaluate, consolidate, and manage suppliers.
2. Inventory management: effectively control safety stock and improve turnover rate.
3. Execute procurement processes, track procurement status, and place orders based on inventory levels of goods and products.
4. Handle import and export-related customs clearance matters.
5. Develop annual procurement plans and estimates for planned purchases.
6. Handle issues related to lost goods and delayed deliveries.
7. Perform acceptance procedures to confirm item specifications and quality.
8. Handle invoicing tasks and organize related forms (cost sheets, invoices, acceptance forms, purchase orders).
Qualifications:
Experience with imports and proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Knowledge of triangular trade concepts.
Proactive attitude with excellent communication and coordination skills: able to effectively communicate and coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflows.
Experience with Dingxin TipTop system is a plus.
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility: completing tasks accurately and promptly while taking ownership.
