Job Description This position will report to National Sales Manager. Primary Function/Objective: The principal responsibility is to assure consistent sales achievement in assigned territory by providing quality products & service, developing technical & selling skills to ensure customers’ needs are met, and identifying opportunities for business within the territory while maintaining existing business. Core Job Responsibilities: - Provide sales information to the National Sales Manager each month to support the development of proposed forecasts. - Work with the National Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plans once the proposed forecast is approved. -Implement product sales strategies to ensure sales goals and targets are achieved. -Utilize selling skills to ensure customer needs are met and territory sales targets are achieved through regular customer contact. -Identify new business opportunities and gain new or expanded business within the territory while maintaining existing business. -Develop and communicate daily, weekly & monthly plans and results; cycle goals, sales targets, and results to Sales and Marketing Management. -Communicate market intelligence to Sales and Marketing Management. -Attend marketing activities, conferences, health talks, exhibitions, booth, and trade displays as required. -Conduct video showings/slide presentations/in-service/trials/market research and advocate speaker meetings with the customer base as required. -Ensure all activities in the territory are executed professionally and comply with AbbVie standards and Code of Conduct. -Develop and maintain territory and customer records. -Attend regular departmental meetings with the manager to build continuous feedback mechanisms.

Responsibilities - Manage registration of new products and variations to marketed products (including medical devices) to ensure regulatory approvals are achieved in accordance with company objectives. - Ensure new product registrations and approval maintenance is conducted in a timely manner according to the registration plan, with guidance from RA manager where required. - Coordinate responses to deficiency letters and other requests for data from regulatory authorities for products and ensure it meets agreed or required timelines. - Liaise with officials of government agencies to facilitate evaluation processes and respond to requests for data in agreed timelines. - Update product labeling in a timely manner based on the update of the product labeling from headquarters. - Review labeling and product information to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and codes. - Generate registration plans and provide regular status reports. - Report progress and status to manager and management as required including to corporate RA and NPI meetings. - Communicate regulatory issues and evaluate the impact on the business to RA director, senior management and Business Unit, and to GM where applicable, under the supervision of RA manager. - Maintain good knowledge of relevant corporate policies and local regulations and ensure compliance. - Keep abreast of regulatory changes and evaluate the impacts on the business and communicate changes in a timely manner to related parties and management. - Update RA SOPs when regulations and processes are updated and review them to ensure they are within the validity timeframe. - Participate in RA process and streamline processes to increase productivity. - Other regulatory projects and tasks assigned by RA Director/Senior Manager/Manager/Associate Manager.

Furnish General Manager and Marketing with information on industry trends, customer attitudes, competitive activities, market opportunities and threats. - Assess and prioritize potential business growth opportunities. - Utilize selling skills and develop account strategies and tactical approaches to ensure customer needs are met by the BU’s products where possible. Influence the development and enhancement of relationships with customers especially Key Opinion Leaders.
