Job Summary: Technology Vertical team consists of highly knowledgeable and motivated individuals who can design, develop, troubleshoot, and deliver solutions. We also have the opportunities to work directly with various strategic Semiconductor/Tech Companies and EDA partners. The selected candidate will be part of the Technology Vertical team, with primary focus on supporting Semiconductor Manufacturers and IC Design Houses within the APAC region, supporting our HPC Product line (Accelerator, Accelerator Plus) for Electronic Design Automation (EDA) and High Performance Computing (HPC) domains. What You Will Do: • Help customers solve technical issues while using our job scheduling products (Accelerator & Accelerator Plus). • Customer facing - Should be able to understand the problem statement and deliver fixes or provide suggestions. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to job scheduling and cluster performance. • Develop and maintain scripts and tools using TCL, Bash or Python. • Become primary technical liaison to designated strategic customers • Assist with testing and validation of products as part of the extended development team • Communicate and document bug fixes and updates internally What You Will Need: Basics: • Bachelors, Masters degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering. • 1-3 years previous experience of EDA cluster support and administration. • Strong proficiency in TCL, Bash, Python scripting, and Linux systems. - A must • Strong analytical and debugging skills (e.g., analyzing system and application logs, strace, lsof, gdb, gstack). • Passion and ability for troubleshooting and writing test script • Excellent communication, people, time management, and organizational skills Preferred: • Strong proficiency in TCL, Bash, Python scripting, and Linux systems. - A must • Experience in development and support roles, ideally in a high-performance computing environment. • Experience in containers and Docker or Podman. • Experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, and enterprise level data intensive applications is a significant advantage. • Experience with HPC/EDA job schedulers (NC, LSF, SGE, PBS) and EDA CAD environment is a huge plus.

What You Will Do: • Help customers solve technical issues while using our FlowTracer product • Asist customer in creation, management and execution of customer Design Flows • Provide second level support to customer, including but not limited to modifying/extending flow scripts • Customer facing - Should be able to understand the problem statement and deliver fixes or provide suggestions. • Become primary technical liaison to designated strategic customers • Assist with testing and validation of products as part of the extended development team • Communicate and document bug fixes and updates internally What You Will Need: Basics: • Bachelors, Masters degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering. • 1-3 years previous experience of EDA Flow Design or support experience. • Demonstrated understanding of Unix /Linux • Demonstrated proficiency in Linux shell and TCL scripting is required. • Strong analytical and debugging skills (e.g., analyzing system and application logs, strace, lsof, gdb, gstack). • Has the ability to be a good listener, and to really understand a customer’s problem or question and help them solve it • Passion and ability for troubleshooting and writing test script • Excellent communication, people, time management, and organizational skills Preferred: • Understanding of IC design flows. • Experience with EDA/Semiconductor Flow Design tools (FlowTracer) is a huge plus.
