This autonomous role creates sales presentations, maintains business relationship and communicates with clients, team members and factory to get assignments accomplished. Responsibilities • Work with key customer contacts and inside technical engineers for projects. • Based upon day-to-day engagement with our customers, products and applications, act as proactive liaison with our factory personnel as required. • Provide regular project status updates to the manager and drive timely completion of tasks. • Manage CTB (clear to build) process with factory, ensure supply confirmation meets demands. • A mature sense of quotation and good logic on BOM from manufacturing experience • Negotiate liabilities with customers and retrieve PO when applicable. • Manage product transitions to minimize excess and obsolete materials. • Lead recovery plans and execution when supply falls short of demand. • Support sales and marketing activities by actively retrieving market information and opportunities.
