*****CCS/CCS-RS software service team***** The role is responsible for providing assistance to Customer Support Engineers who are diagnosing, troubleshooting, and debugging complex Inspection, electro/mechanical, computer systems and software problems. The role respond to challenging issues where first-line product support has been unable to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning equipment. Responsibilities include reporting design, reliability and maintenance problems, documenting and providing feedback to HQ software/tech support team, and Sustaining Eng on CIP opportunities, preparing service and postmortem reports. The role may also be involved in customer installation, and upgrade of equipment as well as training of Brooks and non-Brooks personnel. Others: 1.) Familiar with Halcon image Processing. 2.) Must be able to diagnose problems through analysis of Inspection Reports, system log files, parametric diagnostic results and use of test equipment. 3.) Strong project management, communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead escalations and communicate effective to both internal and external customers. 4.) A team player with collaborative working style. 5.) Service oriented and willingness to work hard. 6.) Knowledge of Brooks CCS/CCS-RS products, mechanical and system software is a plus.

****Responsibilities**** - Explore data from various sources and visualize the data to help users to identify, solve and prevent AMC caused problems. - Design and implement models and algorithms to discover relationships and patterns within one or across multiple data sets. - Build and maintain web applications and software tools mainly for AMC control equipment. - Collaborate with engineers from different domains to understand the requirements and domain knowledge for developing a variety of software features. - Support internal engineers and external customers with the understanding of Data Science design and methodology. - Participate in sprint plannings and daily scrums. - Requirement for taking business trip to customer sites. ****Skills and Capabilities**** - Master degree in computer science or related data science major. - 4+ years hands-on experience in data engineering, statistical modeling, feature extraction and analysis. - Solid understanding of ML, DL and Statistics, as well as coding proficiency using related open source libraries and frameworks. - Intermediate levels proficiency in SQL and languages like Python. - Familiarity with the Agile methodology and tools like Azure DepOps, Github, etc. - Knowledge on software development skills and processes (design patterns, unit test, CI/CD). - Outstanding analytical/problem-solving skills and ability to design experiments. - Familiar with Client/Server, Web development methodologies or Angular is a plus. - Experience in image processing, semi-supervised learning, and/or predictive systems is a plus. - Good written and basic verbal communication skills in English. - Eager to continuously learn and adapt to changing technologies and tools. - Experience in C# and Visual Studio IDE is a plus. - Experience of the semiconductor industry is a plus but not required.
