Thank you! Job Summary Responsible for updates, maintenance, and support of content on Melaleuca.com, including but not limited to copy, product information, web pages, images, and web banners. The content specialist works closely with web design, IT, marketing, business development, and sales, so strong communication skills are needed. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with a Content Management System, Sitecore, and managing online marketing and outreach campaigns. Tasks require a strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines with accuracy. Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible for updating all content on Melaleuca.com website, applications and mobile website. • Work with Marketing, Business Development, & Sales departments to gather appropriate information for the creation and implementation of website content features. • Create pages to display content using HTML, CSS and Javascript coding skills • Work with category managers to update the Product Store windows/product highlights with fresh and engaging content on a monthly basis. • Set up and manage the Web & Sales Promotions each month. • Size, optimize, and upload images for SKUs, web content, email, and Product Store windows • Set up and edit Products each month —this entails using HTML skills to appropriately format the content. • Input short and long descriptions, input the correct size/quantity, PDFs • Create images that are optimized for the web using Photoshop to format and edit images. • Accurately implement translations and localizations for all supported languages.
