As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts for a leading beauty product manufacturer. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You should possess excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, as you will be interacting with both local and international clients. You will also be responsible for finding new potential accounts through leads, research, and tradeshow exhibitions. Lastly, you will handle key projects with our clients and internal teams to ensure successful development and introduction of new products to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts in the beauty, pet, and craft industry. Understand client needs and objectives; propose innovative solutions and strategies to meet these needs. Collaborate with internal teams (ID, R&D, sourcing, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of client requirements. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management. Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities. Travel to client sites as needed to strengthen relationships and conduct business reviews. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in the beauty products industry or another field with client management . Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin. Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Willingness to travel occasionally internationally. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus. Knowledge of beauty product trends and consumer behavior is a plus, but not necessary. Previous experience in managing key accounts for international clients would be helpful.
