Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a passion for customized business in enterprise computing. You will be responsible for the end-to-end project management process, from project initiation to completion, ensuring successful product development, testing, and production, while meeting project objectives, timelines, and budgets. Succeeded in launching product series and achieved targeted business growth by building practical and tactical product strategies. Major Job Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Product concept: Cooperate with the Sales team to come out with product proposals with deliverable solutions within budget and schedules in the initial business stage. 2. Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, customer service, finance, sales, and marketing, to define project scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables. Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation before and after product launch. 3. Project Execution: Manage project teams to execute project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of project milestones and tasks. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success for the different stages of EVT, DVT, PVT development, engineering changes, and volume production from the new product kick-off to the product launch. 4. Product Development: Oversee the entire product development process, including design, prototyping, testing, and validation, to ensure products meet specified requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with R&D teams to resolve technical challenges and implement design changes as needed. 5. Support and Issue Resolution: Responsible for product maintenance and following up items solving till product EOL(end of life); and co-work with Regional Sales Support and Key Accounts management for critical project RFP/RFQ/RFI responses. 6. Project Reporting: Prepare project status reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and budget analysis, and present them to stakeholders and senior management. Provide timely and accurate project information and recommendations to support decision-making. Basic Qualifications: 1. Bachelor or above degree in Business Management, International Business, or related field; information engineering, computer science, or related field will be a plus. 2. 5~10 years’ experience as a Product Manager, preferably in consumer products(notebook) or industrial electrical products solutions(server/ IPC). 3. Excellent communication in both Chinese and English and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and translate customer needs into product requirements and strategies.

1.Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the ANZ region, including identifying key decision-makers, understanding customer needs, and providing exceptional customer service. Conduct regular account reviews to ensure customer satisfaction, identify new sales opportunities, and develop account strategies. 2.Channel Partner Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong alliances with related eco-system channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and retailers. Provide them with product information, training, and support to enable them to effectively sell the company's products or services. 3.Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve assigned sales targets within the ANZ region. Explore new opportunities in various vertical markets, generate leads, and close sales deals with related eco-system partners. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management. 4.Product Promotion and Marketing: Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for channel partners and end customers to promote the company's products or services. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement channel-specific marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales programs. 5.Issue Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for channel partners/ key accounts to address inquiries, issues, and escalations. Coordinate with internal teams, such as customer service, technical support, and logistics, to resolve channel-related issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. 6.Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Develop accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline to ensure sales targets are achieved. Use sales tools and systems to track and manage sales activities and opportunities

We're looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist to handle full sets of accounts, ensure timely financial reporting, and oversee tax, audit, and compliance matters. This role also includes budgeting, cash flow, credit control, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for financial planning and decision-making. 1. Perform full sets of accounting. 2. Ensure timely, precise month-end closing and financial reporting and schedules (Financial/ Quarterly/ Annual/ Management Report), while overseeing the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and compliance with accounting principles. 3. Reviewing and preparing accounting transactions. 4. Tax-related report and audit-related report. 5. Oversee annual budgeting, as well as monthly and quarterly budget planning, target setting, and financial control. 6. Manage cash flow, monitor financial transactions, and identify opportunities for process improvements. 7. Credit control and account receivable management. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making. 9. Any ad-hoc Finance & Accounting duties assigned from time to time.
