Additionally, our Head of DE&I met with each member of our Management Team, as well as the Compensation Committee of our Board of Directors to discuss the 2021 DE&I strategy and plans. Our progress toward our representation goals was reviewed with these leaders throughout the year. Improved Data Analytics Tools To help define our aspirational and interim representation goals, we developed a tool to analyze our representation results in comparison to our hiring and attrition trends and developed internal dashboards to help track progress towards our goals. Enhanced Hiring Processes When it comes to hiring, we began requiring diverse candidate slates for management roles and increased our Employee Referral Program award amounts when qualified women or, in the United States, under-represented minorities are hired via a referral for positions in specific countries. Exit Interview Process To gain a better understanding of what’s contributing to the attrition of women globally and minority team members within the United States, we implemented an exit interview process where these team members at specific job levels are given the opportunity to provide direct feedback to the Head of DE&I prior to exiting the company. Benchmarking with the Best We participated in the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index for the first time to demonstrate our commitment to promoting gender equality and an inclusive workplace, and to help establish a comparable data set within our industry. New Policy Introduction We announced our global DE&I Policy to the company, and increased our DE&I communications and programming, including the launch of Inclusion Insights – a new practice of starting our formal meetings with a brief discussion focused on inclusion, regular contributions to our weekly company-wide newsletter, and through our Inclusive Language Project and Employee Resource Group (ERG) engagement activities. Expanded ERG Representation We increased our Employee Resource Group (ERG) footprint by establishing a new chapter of Equal – our LGBTQ ERG – in Europe and created two new ERGs: No eXtra Planet (which focuses on environmental sustainability) and Interconnection (which supports team members in Europe from multicultural backgrounds).

Keep the site related security information (i.e. site security data) actual for the site(s). 5. USB & Portable media control process – Ensure the defined portable media process is enforced. Timely Audit and update of process. 6. Firewall Management – facilitate information collection for the local user request on new firewall rule with an approval. Coordinate with global Firewall team for the change implementation on the new firewall rule creation. House keep the firewall to have optimized usage. 7. Cyber Security – coordinate in operational IT security cases when required, link to the IT Cyber Security team as contact point and facilitate regular IT Security tasks (i.e. security checklist) for the site(s). 8. End Point Security – Ensuring and maintaining EPS on those legacy OS in OT environment. Coordinate with Cyber Security & SOC in any security risks or virus outbreak on this EPS clients. 9. Vulnerability & Hardening – participate in system vulnerability and hardening process with Cyber Security team. 10. Keeps maintaining security compliancy in local site. Securing system on regular security patch deployment. 11. Quality and continuous improvement – Ensure vendor perform and execute according to security requirements and NXP IT procedures for security audits, Four Eyes principle monitoring and other relevant topics, including 8D/3x5Y process. 12. Audit & Compliance : Drive end -to -end IT security audit requirements for the Site/ Region. Prepare well defined process and documentation/ Artefacts etc which are necessary for various audit requirement. Participate / represent Audit discussions as Site/ Regional security SPOC. 13. Training & Awareness: Work with Global cyber security team & Site IT management to define training materials for each sites. Conduct regular security trainings and perform simulations as per the requirements. 14. Collaboration – Work with IT teams to integrate security into system designs and applications. Evaluate and recommend new security technologies and solutions. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in IT security, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. 3. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent are preferred. 4. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance requirements. 5. Experience with security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection. 6. Good understanding of industry regulations and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and other regional cybersecurity mandates 7. Good knowledge on IT infrastructure – Servers, Database & Cloud. 8. Proficient knowledge in English
