1.Execute daily fund administration services and activities including subscription redemption, payment instruction preparation, cash reconciliation, fund transfer and RSP. 2.Provide efficient and effective account opening and data changing services to clients. 3.Prepare & provide the services reports such as trade confirmations and statements on a regular basis. 4.Provides an operational service to the department (e.g., resolves client inquiries, manages schedule of reporting deliverables and ensures all compliance requirements are met). 5.Actively provide support in completing projects and assignments under supervisor's direction.

 Manage and maintain AIX and Windows Server environments, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.  Administer virtual machines on servers, including provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.  Perform system and software upgrades and updates to ensure system security and optimal performance.  Monitor system performance, identify, and resolve performance issues, and provide recommendations and solutions for performance optimization.  Configure and manage user accounts, groups, and access permissions to ensure security and compliance.  Establish and maintain documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance records.  Collaborate with the team to address daily operational issues, provide technical support, and assistance.

We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who can also take on the responsibilities of a Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full lifecycle of a key transformation IT project, from initiation to delivery. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into functional specifications. - Lead end-to-end project management activities, including project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation. - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Conduct thorough business analysis to identify and document requirements, process flows, and user stories. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications. - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle. - Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables. - Drive quality assurance and testing efforts, ensuring that project deliverables meet the defined requirements and quality standards. - Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts, leveraging insights gained from business analysis and project management activities.

• Assist marketing team in executing sales and marketing projects, including internal and external events. • Conduct content management for the official website. • Translate thought leadership articles, website contents, or other contents into Chinese. • Support manager to prepare market/competitor/website research & analysis. • Assist in ad-hoc assignments and initiatives as requested.

This position will collaborate with vendors and users to oversee and manage the process of system data conversion for the company's systems. 1.Assist in the establishment and conversion of the company's system databases. 2.Collaborate with vendors to analyze and resolve issues during the data conversion process. 3.Assist in arranging user verification of the accuracy of converted data. 4.Possess strong cross-departmental communication skills, able to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
