Your Role: Oversight TA functions are handled timely and accurately by Outsourcing Service Provider Coordinate and support in delivering service to investors and clients Handle investors or clients’ inquiries Perform AML monitoring tasks Handle reporting for regulators, internal or external parties Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators Take up tasks and projects as assigned from time to time The Experience You Bring: Minimum 2 years transfer agency, fund services or related work experience in SITE industry Knowledge in Offshore Fund, Master Agent and TDCC platform operations is preferred A bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business area of concentration SITE license Active team player and can motivate others Strong responsibility, self-motivated and independent problem-solving skills Good organization and time-management skills with multi tasks and work under pressure with tight deadline Familiar with excel and word Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese Why Invesco: In Invesco, we act with integrity and do meaningful work to create impact for our stakeholders.
