How You Contribute
1)GTM PLANNING:
• Own’s Seasonal Planning Process in line with Local Brand SBP/BMW’s & Seasonal HQ ambitions. Scope is for all Wilson BUs for TW and Export market.
• Drive the seasonal Business Sign Off planning process & Seasonal GTM plan
• Input into Annual Budgeting / Forecasting (F1/F2/F3) Processes for Wilson
2.) GTM/MERCHANDISING:
• Own’s Planning and execution of Local GTM end to end Process: Range Introduction, Pre-line Handover, Business Review, Local Sales Launch.
• Own’s Omnichannel Master Range Planning Responsibilities for all Wilson BA’s inclusive of Range Architecture, Master Ranges, Merchandising Strategies, Channel Distribution, Pricing, Local Master Line List manager.
• Support own D2C channels (ECOM and Retail) in assortment planning, new store opening, new product launch, promotions etc.
• Supports B2B Team in Strategic/Pre-line & Sell In meetings with Key Priority Accounts.
• Support Key Accounts in Sell-Through activities like new store opening, new product launch, promotions
3.) CHANNEL/MARKET/COMPETITOR ANALYSIS:
• Ownership and Expert of Consumer and Competitor in TW&SEA market for specified categories
• Preparation & Analysis of Market share data and Local TW&SEA Market
• Consumer/Commercial data to identify growth opportunities and influence decision making.
4.) FORECASTING/DEMAND PLANNING/INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:
• Own’s seasonal Forecasting Process – working cross-functionality with B2B & Supply Planning functions to deliver accurate seasonal demand plans.
• Monitors overall Inventory on Monthly Basis and takes appropriate action to manage inventory levels.
5.) REPORTING:
• Sell-in and Sell-through report for channel/market on BU/Category/Product level
• Inputs required data/information into regional and global QBR
6.) REGIONAL MERCHANDISE INITIATIVES
• Support regional brand head in merchandise initiatives, including but not limited to regional price analysis, regional product development etc.
Role Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in merchandising in Sports equipment/ apparel/ ftw industry
Bachelor’s degree or above
Strong Communication, report &analysis skill
Strong business sense and result oriented.
Strong Sense of responsibility
Fluent in English
Passion for tennis or sports
Proficient in Microsoft Office software, i.e. PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Retail relative experience including product merchandising, sales analysis, stock control, product development etc.
High communication skill, friendly, each to approach
Responsible and initiative
Good sense of visual merchandising is a plus
