This role will focus on store opening IT management and POS related application support, and grow the IT territory along with the business expansion. It includes daily operational support as well as store opening project management. Meanwhlie this role will offer some basic IT support to office staff and infrastructure operations upon request. Main Responsibility 1. Retail store POS system routine maintenance and continuous improvement. 2. Retail store infrastructure setup including network and cabling, monitoring system, traffic count device, etc. 3. IT project management on store development for new opening, remodel, relocation and closure. 4. Business engagement and collaboration with cross function team. 5. Assist APAC IT team on infrastructure and application project localization. 6. Assist APAC Cyber Security team on daily basic compliance management and security event/incident support. 7. IT budgeting management and tracking Role Qualifications 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent area; 2. More than 8 years working experience in retail company IT function 3. At least 3 years relevant working experience on POS (Point of Sales) system and store development (Open/Close/Remodel/Relocation) 4. Familiar with major retail POS applications functions, as well as store development IT functions. 5. Decent knowledge on network, server and storage, desktop and microsoft 365 solution. 6. Project management skills are essential. 7. English proficiency will be an advantage.
