Working Hours
Approximately 40 hours per week, with the possibility of occasional overtime as needed.

Key responsibilities and duties:
Social Media
• Manage the day-to-day operations of social and digital channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc., with the goal of increasing awareness, followers, impressions, and engagement.
• Taking ownership of performance tracking and reporting, ensuring the social media initiatives are data-driven and effective in achieving our strategic goals.
• Plan and develop compelling social content and campaigns tailored for the Taiwanese audience.
• Collaborate with the PR team on e-PR related topics and content for various social media platforms.
• Support additional projects as part of an experts' team, aligning with the organization's evolving needs.
Client service and support
• Respond to inquiries professionally over the social media messages, email and phone, in both Chinese and English
• Guide clients through various application procedures, ensuring compliance with required regulations.
• Processing the documents through designated internal platform
Job Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in a Social Media / Community Manager or similar role. Please be prepared to present content for reference during the recruitment process.
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, or International Relations.
• Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office; additional skills in related apps or software of images and video editing are a plus.
• Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is a mandatory requirement.
