We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Hunter to join our team, with a focus on the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in selling solutions that combine Hardware and Software, with a strong understanding of the Cash Automation industry, including products like ATMs and systems from manufacturers such as Glory, Sesami, CIMA, or PayComplete.
As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, building and nurturing relationships with prospects and existing clients, and delivering high-value solutions tailored to meet their needs. You will report to the regional sales manager and work closely with the marketing and technical teams to develop strategies that enhance the overall sales approach and exceed revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Growth: Drive new customer acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities across the Asia Pacific region.
• Solution Selling: Promote and sell integrated hardware and software solutions tailored to customers’ needs in the cash automation and related sectors.
• Client Relationship Management: Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Market Expansion: Focus on growing our footprint in the APAC market by identifying key regions and verticals for business development.
• Strategic Account Management: Work with existing clients to drive account growth and uncover new opportunities.
• Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hardware and software solutions, particularly in the cash automation industry, ensuring you can speak to both technical and commercial aspects effectively.
• Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, updates on key prospects, and reports on sales activities to senior management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, technical support, product management) to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Regional Travel: Regular travel within the Asia Pacific region for client meetings, presentations, and events.
