We seek an Senior Test Engineer who thrives on collaborative teamwork within our agile environment, actively contributing expertise to meet team commitments. You will work with Development Team to Identify, propose, prioritize and implement test plans. Additionally, you will manage and maintain the releases of our products to ensure every release happens in a timely manner with a high level of quality. Responsibilities 1. You are responsible for monitoring the quality of the software of the wireless presentation and collaboration products. 2. You validate the features developed by the other scrum team members and make sure the Definition Of Done is applied. 3. You support continuous integration by automating test cases - all automated tests are written in Python and are running on multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, Linux). 4. You help propagate Test Driven Development principles. 5. You share tools and practices with your test development colleagues. 6. Be hands-on in planning and running necessary tests, identifying and tracing issues and driving issues to resolution, and communicating product QA status to everyone. 7.Create and support QA & release pipelines. 8. Comfortable working closely with product managers and developers in an agile environment. 9. In this context we are looking to grow our global architecture team with a System Architect, focused on audio-video applications such as conferencing bars. [Key responsibilities] 1. Drive the architectural vision of the product portfolio considering the market evolutions in hardware technology as well as the dynamics in the market, with a strong focus on audio and video technologies applicable in the meeting room space. 2. Stay up to date with latest technology in the domain of ClickShare and advise product management and product owners on best technical roadmap strategies to follow. 3. [About the role] Product Owner will operate in a team of Product Owners who collectively own the delivery of a system. In this group (s)he will be responsible for delivering market scope, based on input by Product Management, and fully owning system scope, based on input by various stakeholders. For this purpose, the PO will own the backlogs of multiple teams, spread across different locations and cooperate with other teams, whose backlogs are owned by the other POs in the team. All POs report to the System PO, who's the hiring manager. The POs own the scope, quality and time, but for cost (people and infrastructure) interface with the team leads. Prior experience should be either classical project management in complex organizations, or agile practices in reduced organizations, ideally understanding both the flexible nature of software development and the more rigid nature hardware development. Commonly known practices like refinement, slicing, POC/prototype/alpha/beta delivery, apply, but the PO must continuously check outside the box of their team and scope. An important aspect of the job is supplier management and internal/external dependency management. Knowledge of embedded and/or application development on Android is a bonus. Experience in the audio-video world or meeting room domain likewise. [Key responsibilities] 1. Maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized and continuously refined. 2. Work closely with the development team to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery of features. 3. Closely collaborate with all different functions (Product Management, User Experience, Team Leads, Architects, ...) to identify problems and define solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for secure software development lifecycle (SDLC), focusing on security architecture and features on top of the Android framework. Strong knowledge of security and skills of Android system software development are essential for this position. Your contributions will directly impact the creation of high-performance, reliable, and innovative meeting room solutions. [Responsibilities] 1. Design security architecture and implement security features for embedded systems. 2. Review code for security vulnerabilities and provide guidance on fixes. 3. Ensure secure boot processes and trusted execution environments. 4. Conduct threat modeling to identify potential security risks. 5. Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. 6. Promote and enforce secure coding standards among development teams. 7. Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, operations, product management) to ensure security is integrated into all phases of the product lifecycle. 8. Create clear and comprehensive design documents and guidelines. 9. Communicate security risks and solutions effectively to stakeholders. 10.Stay updated with the latest security technologies and integrate them into the system.
