- Maintain good communication/relation to customer. - Participating on Pre-Acceptance Test at SUSS's Mfg Site and be responsible for executing the final Acceptance Test. - In-depth knowledge of application process and skills in operation production equipment. - Continually learning new products and processes; will be required to attend training events throughout the year and will be expected to participate in self-paced tutorial learning with appropriate. - Attending and participating in sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows. - Being well informed about current industry trends and being able to talk intelligently about the semiconductor industry as a whole with an emphasis on semiconductor equipment photomask equipment application. - Preparing written presentations and reports and present these to customers. - Other tasks are assigned by your supervisor.
