The role of the HR Manager is to implement HR projects in Taiwan to further develop the current HR structure. The position is accountable for management of the supply base within the complete Asia supply chain landscape. This would include activities which support the execution of sourcing projects and tactical procurement opportunities to help ensure the realization of cost savings objectives, covering both Taiwan operation, as well as global operation locations of Suss. You will be the key interface with suppliers to develop most competitive to manufacture components and finished goods with the highest quality and cost-effective manufacturing processes.
