1. Process and complete the billing cycle for each service offering in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all invoicing is done in line with client agreements. 2. Ensure that client billing files are complete, accurate, and well-organized, updating them regularly to reflect the latest transactions, payments, and adjustments. 3. Responsible for new account setup within the billing system. 4. Respond promptly to customer and internal team inquiries, such as providing copies of invoices, issuing billing adjustments, and assisting with any billing-related questions or issues. 5. Issue eGui for Taiwan-based clients, adhering to local invoicing regulaions 6. Track and manage the cash collections process for each customer, ensuring payments are received on time, and take proactive steps to resolve any overdue amounts. 7. Assist in the preparation for the Annual Financial Audit and Tax Audit by providing necessary documentation, reporting, and supporting the finance team during the audit process. 8. Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.

Responsibilities: • Perform contact/contactless certification tests for payment terminals & kernels (for example ATM, transportation card reader, and credit card reader). • Testing activities also include application, performance, integration and combination testing. • Carry out the tests in agreement with customer requests and test methods for EMVCo and other payment / transportation certification schemes (in agreement with the planning defined by Testing Manager of the corresponding activity). • Provide technical consulting services to customers. • Analyze new technology for supporting potential new services introduction.

ACTIVITIES: • Manage the Go-to-Market strategy from technical perspective for our customers. Craft the strategy to transform the customers, identify key customer technical objectives and requirements, and develop a strategy to resolve technical challenges. • Work hands-on with customers to recommend migration strategies; define technical specifications, validation/certification requirements and processes and tools required to successful launch products and payment services using best practices on the Fime Certification Platform. • Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as required. • Demonstrate the Certification Platform and tools according to customer needs from customer test environments perspective. • Support Product & Marketing and Sales in presales activities and promote product and consulting services leveraging a sophisticated set of technical competences. • Maintain and develop strong relationships with customer and internal stakeholders.
